All task orders are subject to the terms and conditions of the contract. In the event of conflict between this information and the contract, the contract will take precedence.

• Orders for services may be structured as Time and Materials (T&M) or Firm Fixed Price (FFP);
• Orders must be accompanied by a Statement of Work (SOW); the typical items should be included in a SOW are:

• Scope of Work
• Location of Work
• Period of Performance
• Deliverables
• Application Standards
• Acceptance Criteria
• Special Requirements

• All work is performed at Merdan Group, Inc. sites. For any work performed at customer sites, the customer shall provide a suitable working environment with computer hardware and software capable of performing the tasks required by the SOW;
